Phone Banking Services definition

Phone Banking Services means the telephone instruction and information service, whether automated or through a customer service agent provided by RAKBANK’s call center under the name of RAKDirect.
Phone Banking Services refers to telephone banking services whereby customers may carry out banking transactions with or obtain banking services from the Bank by giving instructions to the Bank through the use of telephones;
Phone Banking Services means the Requests and information service provided through the interactive voice response (IVR) or the Bank’s contact centre agents.

  • The utilisation of the services provided by Customer Service Hotline is governed by HSBC Phone Banking Services Terms and Conditions available at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇ or at HSBC’s branches.

  • If the Cardholder does not accept the Phone Banking Services and/ or Internet Banking Services, the Cardholder should apply to the branch of the Bank in person, to cancel the relevant Services.
