Phone Banking Services definition

Phone Banking Services refers to telephone banking services whereby customers may carry out banking transactions with or obtain banking services from the Bank by giving instructions to the Bank through the use of telephones;
Phone Banking Services means the telephone instruction and information service, whether automated or through a customer service agent provided by RAKBANK’s call center under the name of RAKDirect.
Phone Banking Services means the Requests and information service provided through the interactive voice response (IVR) or the Bank’s contact centre agents.

Examples of Phone Banking Services in a sentence

  • If the Cardholder confirms and activates the Card through the Phone Banking Services and/or Internet Banking Services or Customer Services Hotline (000) 000 00000, the Cardholder is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound also by all the terms and conditions of the Bank’s General Terms and Conditions for Banking Services relating to Phone Banking Services and Internet Banking Services.

  • If the Cardholder does not accept the Phone Banking Services and/or Internet Banking Services, the Cardholder should apply to the branch of the Bank in person, to cancel the relevant Services.


More Definitions of Phone Banking Services

Phone Banking Services means the services from time to time provided by the Bank to the Customer subject to these Terms and Conditions and more particularly described in paragraph 2;
