Curtailment Any Principal Prepayment made by a Mortgagor which is not a Principal Prepayment in Full.

Physical custody means the physical care and supervision of a child.
Physical examination means the assessment of an individual’s health by a professional licensed to practice medicine or osteopathy, or by an advanced practice nurse or physician assistant.
Curtailment Service Provider or “CSP” shall mean a Member or a Special Member, which action on behalf of itself or one or more other Members or non-Members, participates in the PJM Interchange Energy Market, Ancillary Services markets, and/or Reliability Pricing Model by causing a reduction in demand.
Physical Escort means the temporary touching or holding the hand, wrist, arm, shoulder, or back of a student who is acting out for the purpose of inducing the student to walk to a safe location.
Physical abuse means any physical injury, mental injury, or threatened injury, inflicted by a person responsible for the child’s care other than by accidental means; or any physical or mental injury that cannot reasonably be explained by the child’s history of injuries or any aversive or deprivation procedures, or regulated interventions, that have not been authorized by Minn. Stat. § 125A.0942 or § 245.825.
Physical therapist means an individual who is licensed by a state to practice physical therapy.
Physical therapy means services provided by a qualified physical therapist.
Malfunction means any sudden, infrequent, and not reasonably preventable failure of air pollution control equipment, process equipment, or a process to operate in a normal or usual manner. Failures that are caused in part by poor maintenance or careless operation are not malfunctions.
Redeployment means the reassignment of employees to other departments or jobs within the organization as an alternative to layoff, when a particular job or department has been eliminated by the organization.
Curtailment Order means any of the following:
Catastrophic illness or “injury” means an illness or injury that is expected to incapacitate the employee for an extended period of time, or that incapacitates a member of the employee’s family which incapacity requires the employee to take time off from work for an extended period of time to care for that family member, and taking extended time off work creates a financial hardship for the employee because he or she has exhausted all of his or her sick leave and other paid time off.
Psychological care means direct or consultative services provided by a psychologist licensed in the state in which the psychologist practices.
Physical Assets means equity securities, debt securities, fixed income securities and units in exchanged traded funds.
Service Interruption means the cessation of electricity supply to an ICP for a period of 1 minute or longer, other than by reason of De-energisation of that ICP:
Interruption of irradiation means the stopping of irradiation with the possibility of continuing irradiation without resetting of operating conditions at the control panel.
Physical impairment means a loss of physical functioning which interferes with a person’s ability to perform the Activities of Daily Living. A person with a physical impairment would require hands-on Human Assistance in order to perform the Activities of Daily Living.
Physical harm means bodily injury, impairment, or disease.
Mental, Nervous or Psychological Disorder means a mental or nervous health condition including, but not limited to: anxiety, depression, neurosis, phobia, psychosis; or any related physical manifestation.
Curtailment Shortfall For any Distribution Date and for any Curtailment received in the Prior Period, an amount equal to one month’s interest on such Curtailment at the Pass-Through Rate for the applicable Mortgage Loan.
Permanent Incapacity as used herein shall mean mental or physical incapacity, or both, reasonably determined by the Company's Board of Directors based upon a certification of such incapacity by, in the discretion of the Company's Board of Directors, either Executive's regularly attending physician or a duly licensed physician selected by the Company's Board of Directors, rendering Executive unable to perform substantially all of his duties hereunder and which appears reasonably certain to continue for at least six consecutive months without substantial improvement. Executive shall be deemed to have "become permanently incapacitated" on the date the Company's Board of Directors has determined that Executive is permanently incapacitated and so notifies Executive.
Physical assault means intentionally causing or attempting to cause physical harm to another through force or violence.
Permanent radiographic installation means an enclosed shielded room, cell, or vault, not located at a temporary jobsite, in which radiography is performed.
Unavailability means the inability of an individual to manage property or business affairs because the individual is:
physical nexus means that you have physical presence, such as: a building/facility located in Seattle, you make sales trips into Seattle, your own company drives into Seattle for product deliveries, and/or you conduct service work in Seattle (repair, installation, service, maintenance work, on-site consulting, etc).
