Pilotage Services definition

Pilotage Services means Pilotage Services provided by the Port Operator approved service provider at the Port.
Pilotage Services. : means providing services related to Pilot, pilot vessel, use of Navigational Channel, and Navigational Aids like lights, beacons, buoys etc.
Pilotage Services means pilotage services as defined in section 3, subsection 8, of the Danish Pilotage Act, which are performed by DanPilot under these standard terms and conditions.

  • Moreover, if the Customer fails to provide the information specified in the terms in clause 3, in the manner as required or in accordance with the specified timetables in the terms in clause 3, DanPilot may not be able to provide the Customer or the Vessel with the requested Pilotage Services and/or Auxiliary Services within the desired timeframe and is under no obligation to do so or to attempt to do so.

  • Brokerage services means those activities identified in sections 543B.3 and 543B.6.
