  • Where STS Superintendent services only (including any associated Pilotage Services) are being provided, the day rate applicable in the STS Offer (plus any related expenses) shall apply from and including the time the STS Superintendent leaves their home location to the time of return to that location rounded up to the nearest day.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing and without prejudice to Clause 10 hereto, the Company hereby warrants and represents that the respective Masters remains responsible and in control of their Tanker and the STS Transfer operation at all times during any STS Transfer and during any Pilotage Services associated with the STS Transfer operation.
