Pinelands area definition

Pinelands area means the pinelands area as defined pursuant to section 3 of P.L.1979, c.111 (C.13:18A-3);
Pinelands area means the area so designated in section 10 of 39 P.L.1979, c.111 (C.13:18A-11); and
Pinelands area means that area as defined in the Pinelands Protection Act, N.J.S.A. 13:18A- 11.
