Pipeline Carriers definition

Pipeline Carriers shall include Northern Natural Gas Company, Southern Star Central Gas Pipeline, Inc., Panhandle Eastern Pipe Line Company, and Natural Gas Pipeline Company of America LLC, and any of their affiliated entities or any of their successors or assigns, or other common carrier gas pipelines or local consumer, including, but not limited to, Valero Energy Corporation or West Texas Gas, Inc., that may be connected to the tailgate of Plants.

Any deductions, costs, or processing fees associated with the removal or recovery of Natural Gas Liquids is strictly limited to only that part of any Processing Plant or facility where Raw Mix is recovered, and if applicable at that plant, also fractionated to their component parts.

  • Gathering System means that portion of Gatherer’s pipeline system, including all appurtenances thereto, related to the provision of gathering and transportation services provided by Gatherer pursuant to this tariff.
