Examples of PL Commitment in a sentence

  • You further acknowledge that photographic images and/or audio, visual and/or audio-visual recordings and/or feeds (and/or stills taken therefrom) may be used (by the Club or by a third party, such as a law enforcement body) to identify you as an individual, where permitted by data protection laws, for the purposes of preventing or detecting crime, or any breach of these Away Match Ticket Terms and Conditions or the Terms and Conditions of Entry (including any breach of the PL Commitment).

  • Where your Away Match Ticket is withdrawn or cancelled following a determination that you engaged in prohibited activity under the PL Commitment, the Club (and/or Host Club) will also notify the Premier League and all other footballclubs in the Premier League competition to ensure that the applicable sanction is enforced by all such clubs.

  • In relation to the PL Commitment, we may process your personal data for the purposes of: (i) investigating any allegations or confirmed prohibited activity; (ii) enforcing any sanctions; and (iii) circulating information processed under (i) and (ii) with relevant third parties (for example, the Premier League, The Football Association and the police).

  • Revolving Commitment means, as to each Lender, its obligation to (a) make Revolving Loans to the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.01, (b) purchase participations in L/C Obligations and (c) purchase participations in Swing Line Loans, in an aggregate principal amount at any one time outstanding not to exceed the amount set forth opposite such Lender’s name on Schedule 2.01 or in the Assignment and Assumption pursuant to which such Lender becomes a party hereto, as applicable, as such amount may be adjusted from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Revolving Commitment Increase Lender has the meaning specified in Section 2.14(a).

  • Incremental Revolving Commitment has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.14(a).
