Placing Period definition

  • On 16 May 2019, the Placing Agent and the Company entered into the Placing Agreement, pursuant to which the Placing Agent conditionally agreed to procure, on a best efforts basis, the Placees to subscribe in cash for the Bonds in an aggregate principal amount of up to HK$150,000,000 during the Placing Period.

More Definitions of Placing Period

Placing Period means the period commencing upon the execution of this Agreement and terminating on the Completion Date or where the context so requires, the last date for the exercise of the Over-allotment Option unless terminated earlier pursuant to this Agreement;
