Plains Terminal definition

Plains Terminal means any storage terminal, tankage or facility owned by (i) Borrower or PAA, or (ii) by any Affiliate of Borrower or PAA that has executed and delivered a bailee letter in form and substance reasonably acceptable to Administrative Agent with respect to any Collateral stored at such terminal, tankage or facility.

Plains Terminal means any storage terminal, tankage or facility owned by --------------- any Restricted Person.

Plains Terminal means the refined petroleum products and ethanol storage and distribution terminal owned and operated by Plains, which is located at 0xx Xxxxxx xxx Xxxxxxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, Xxx Xxxxxx.

Plains Terminal means the ethanol distribution terminal owned by Plains and located adjacent to the Refinery at 3rd Street and Billingsport, Paulsboro, NJ.
