Plan Confirmation Order definition

Plan Confirmation Order means an order entered by the Bankruptcy Court approving and confirming this Combined Plan and Disclosure Statement under sections 1125 and 1129 of the Bankruptcy Code.

Plan Confirmation Order means the order entered by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York on December 22, 2017 (Docket No. 62), which confirmed the Plan of Reorganization.
