Plan Duration definition

Plan Duration means the duration of the End-Customer’s right to use the Product, according to the Scope of Use as provided in the Order.

  • The Paid Subscription Plan Duration is one (1) year, unless otherwise specified in the Specific Terms.

  • Unless otherwise agreed, the End-Customer Subscription Plan has a Plan Duration of one (1) year as of provision of the License Key as per section 3.4 (License Keys) of this Agreement.

  • Upon receipt of the license fees within payment due date, Partner will receive a full License Key covering the remainder of the End-Customer Subscription Plan Duration.

  • The End-Customer Subscription Plan will automatically renew for successive periods of one (1) year (irrespective of the initial Plan Duration) unless Partner provides Lansweeper with a notice of its intent not to renew with a prior notice of thirty (30) calendar days before expiry of the End-Customer Subscription Plan Duration.

  • If You choose not to renew the Paid Subscription your License Key (as defined below) will be disabled as of the expiry date of the current Paid Subscription Plan Duration.

  • These Terms may be terminated by You and Lansweeper for convenience at any time upon prior written notice to the other party of three (3) months, starting the first day of the month following the date of delivery of the termination, unless a Paid Subscription Plan Duration would supersede the Term, in which case these Terms shall remain in effect until the end of the Paid Subscription Plan Duration.

Related to Plan Duration

  • Plan Committee means a committee of two or more directors appointed by the Board to administer the Plan.

  • Plan Administrator means the plan administrator described in Article 8.

  • Special Enrollment Period means a period of time allowed under this Plan, other than the eligible person’s Initial Enrollment Period or an Open Enrollment Period, during which an eligible person can request coverage under this Plan as a result of certain events that create special enrollment rights.

  • Administrative Committee means the committee in charge of Plan administration, as described in Article VII.

  • Plan Period means the period designated in Section 4.
