Plan of unitization means a plan or agreement
Plan of unitization means a plan or agreement that is consistent with the requirements of this chapter between working interest owners and royalty owners in a common source of supply or part of a common source of supply in which unit operations may be conducted to enhance the production of oil, gas, or oil and gas from the common source of supply or part of the common source of supply to greater volumes than would otherwise be produced by primary recovery operations only.
Plan of unitization means a plan or agreement that is consistent with the requirements of this chapter between working interest owners and royalty owners in a common reservoir in which unit operations may be conducted to enhance the production of oil or oil and gas from the common reservoir above the volumes that would otherwise be produced by primary recovery operations only.

  • Marketing Agreement means an agreement entered into, with the director, by producers, distributors, processors, or handlers pursuant to this act and binding only on those signing the agreement.
