Plan Oversight Committee definition

Plan Oversight Committee means the committee appointed pursuant to Article VIII(C) of this Plan.
Plan Oversight Committee means the committee of three Persons (one of which members may be the Responsible Person, and any of which members may be members of the Official Committee) designated by the Official Committee prior to confirmation of the Plan.
Plan Oversight Committee means the committee created under section 2.5 of the Post-Confirmation Estate Agreement.

  • Advisory Committee means the Employer's Advisory Committee as from time to time constituted.
