Plan Payee definition
Plan Payee means, as to an individual who participates in a Benefit Plan, such individual’s dependents, beneficiaries, alternate payees and alternate recipients, as applicable under such Benefit Plan.
Plan Payee means an individual who is entitled to payment of Plan benefits in his or her capacity as a beneficiary with respect to the benefits of a deceased participant in the Plan or an alternate payee under a qualified domestic relations order within the meaning of Section 414(p)(1)(A) of the Code and Section 206(d)(3)(B)(i) of ERISA with respect to the benefits of a participant in the Plan.
Plan Payee means, as to each individual who participates in a Business Plan or a Parent Plan, such individual’s dependents, beneficiaries, alternate payees, and alternative recipients, as applicable, under each such Business Plan or Parent Plan. For the avoidance of doubt, to the extent an individual is both a Plan Payee and a current or former employee of Parent or any of its Affiliates, references to “Plan Payee” shall be deemed to refer to such individual only in his or her capacity as such a dependent, beneficiary, alternate payee, or alternative recipient, as applicable.
