Where effective under applicable provincial law, you may designate one or more beneficiaries to receive the Plan Assets or Plan Proceeds on your death.
If the amount of the Plan Proceeds exceeds $10,000 (or such greater or lesser amounts as we may in our sole discretion determine), we will prior to the end of that year transfer the Plan Proceeds to a RRIF for you and you hereby appoint us (and/or the Agent) as your attorney(s) in fact to execute all such documents and make elections as are necessary to establish the RRIF.
