Where effective under applicable provincial law, you may designate one or more beneficiaries to receive the Plan Assets or Plan Proceeds on your death.
For greater certainty, upon the death of the Annuitant, the Trustee shall hold the segregated funds as Plan Proceeds for any beneficiary designated by the Annuitant under the Plan, in accordance with this Declaration of Trust.
