Our Fees and Charges. 34.1 Our fees and charges shall be made available to you on our Website, through the Online Facility or on request if you contact one of our employees through our disclosed official channels of communication. Charges and expenses incurred by us pursuant to these Terms (including but not limited to applicable taxes and duties) are payable by you and by such payment arrangements at such times as we shall determine. For Transactions denominated in foreign currency, charges may be levied on you in that currency at prevailing rates. You may incur costs or taxes associated with your Transactions that are not paid through us or imposed by us.
34.2 In the event that you have an Open Position at the daily close of business, we will charge you a Daily Financing Fee. The basis of calculation of Daily Financing Fees is set out in the Contract Specifications. We may vary the method of calculating the Daily Financing Fees and Commission. When we do so we will give you notice in accordance with section 52 where appropriate and available.
34.3 We may share fees and charges with a Group Company or third party and, where appropriate, we will provide you with information on such fees and charges. Details of shared fees and charges will also be made available to you upon request.
34.4 You acknowledge and agree that, under Applicable Regulations, we may make or receive a payment of a fee, commission or non-monetary benefit to or from a third party (“Inducement”) provided that such Inducement does not impair our obligation to act honestly, fairly, professionally and in accordance with your best interests. Pursuant to Applicable Regulations, if you have been introduced to us for trading purposes, we will clearly disclose to you the existence, nature and amount of any Inducement. Where the amount of the Inducement cannot be ascertained, we will disclose the method for its calculation.
34.5 Depending on the type of account you hold with us, the Inducements described in section 34.4 above will be calculated on the following basis. If you have been introduced to us for trading purposes, we will pay to a third party:
34.5.1 a cost per acquisition fee, such fee to be paid as a one-off payment;
34.5.2 an ongoing fee that relates to an ongoing benefit that you receive, such benefit to meet a quality enhancement test, and such quality enhancement test to be determined by us in our absolute discretion on a case by case basis and in accordance with Applicable Regulations; or

We will charge You the fees set out in the fee table in connection with transactions made in relation to Your Account (including funding, purchasing, currency exchange and withdrawal transactions). We will also charge You certain Account administration fees set out in the fee table, including in relation to ongoing management of inactive Accounts, failed payments and debt collection. All fees will be charged in the currency of Your Account and You agree that We may debit by way of set-off from Your Account any fees, charges or other amounts owing to Us and payable by You in connection with the Service.

Our Fees and Charges. 6.1. If you pay the Approved Amount to us prior to the Advance Date, you must also pay us our fee equal to 2% of the Approved Amount.
6.2. If you pay the Approved Amount to us on or after the Advance Date, you must pay us our fees calculated as follows:
(a) the amount equal to 5% of the Approved Amount;
(b) subject to clause 4.3, interest in an amount equal to 0.9% multiplied by the Approved Amount; and
(c) any late fees and charges in accordance with this Agreement.
6.3. If you repay all moneys you owe to us before the date which is fourteen (14) days after the Advance Date, we will charge our fees but we will not charge any interest under this Agreement.
Our Fees and Charges. 22.1 To the extent required by Applicable Law, we will provide you with appropriate information about the costs and related charges with regard to our Services both before and after we provide them. Our fees and charges in relation to the Services are set out in the Products, Services and Fees Schedule or as advised to you in writing from time to time in our other Costs and Charges Disclosure Documents.
22.2 The terms that apply to any changes we make to any fees, commissions and, where applicable, interest payable are set out in paragraph 25 (Variations).
22.3 All fees and charges quoted in this Agreement are exclusive of any applicable local taxes (including VAT, services taxes and financial activity or Transaction taxes) properly chargeable by us. You agree to pay all applicable taxes, including any applicable local taxes.
22.4 We may charge you for ad hoc or out-of-pocket expenses (other than day-to-day internal expenses) reasonably incurred by us in connection with the provision of the Services.
22.5 If we have to pay any tax, duty, claim, interest or fine that is imposed on or paid by or charged to us in connection with the Services to you, you must reimburse us for any Loss that we suffer or incur as a result.
22.6 You authorise us to:
(A) deduct all fees, costs and expenses, and all applicable taxes (if any), payable by you under the Agreement from any Account; and
(B) make withholdings and deductions from any Account under the circumstances described in paragraph 30.7.
22.7 You should note that in addition to our fees and charges other taxes or costs may exist that are not paid via us or imposed by us.
22.8 The information on costs and related charges will include information relating to our investment services (including ancillary services we provide such as ISA related services), including the cost of advice, where relevant, the cost of the Financial Instrument recommended or marketed to you and how you may pay for it. This information will itemize any third-party payments we receive in respect of the investment service to you.
22.9 The information about all costs and charges, including costs and charges in connection with the investment service and the Financial Instrument, which are not caused by the occurrence of underlying market risk, shall be aggregated to allow you to understand the overall cost as well as the cumulative effect on return of the investment. Our Fees and Charges. 6.1. No placement fee is payable until offer & acceptance has transpired with a candidate introduced by us;
6.2. Placement fees are scaled and calculated based on a set percentage of the starting annual remuneration package which is inclusive of superannuation. We do not include car allowances or provisions for a company vehicle in our placement fee calculation;
6.3. Fee Scale for full service recruitment service is 15%;
6.4. All advertising costs are included in the Fee Scale for recruitment services;
6.5. A replacement guarantee is provided with conditions attached (refer clause 7) and can only be validated once per individual recruitment service;
6.6. Fees for part services will be negotiated and once agreement reached confirmed in writing prior to any services being commenced;
6.7. All fees and charges quoted by us are exclusive of GST. GST at the prevailing rate will be added to our tax invoices;
6.8. You must pay our fees and charges (including any GST component), within fourteen (14) days from the date of the invoice which will be raised on confirmation of the job offer having been accepted by the candidate and in the case of part services on completion of the service or services;
6.7. An Administration & Advertising fee of $1,500 plus GST will be payable when a full listing is filled via a source other than by us or you withdraw the listing for whatever reason. This fee shall be payable within seven (7) days from the date of the invoice;
6.8. Should you fill a position for which you have engaged us to carry out part services whilst these services are still in train you shall pay the fees and charges (including any GST component) as per the agreement;
6.9. A minimum placement fee of $3,500 plus GST is payable for all recruitment.
