Plan Recordkeeper definition

Plan Recordkeeper means, with respect to an Employee Participant, Fidelity Stock Plan Services, LLC or such other person as shall be engaged by the Company to perform recordkeeping services for the Plan and, if none, shall be the Company; and, with respect to an Eligible Director, shall be the corporate secretary of the Company.

Plan Recordkeeper means the entity that maintains electronic records of the Plan’s participants and their individual accounts.
