Plan Recordkeepers means Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx Retirement Plan Services 2 Company and Bank of America Xxxxxxx Xxxxx.

Plan Recordkeepers the term means the Plan participant notwithstanding that the Plan may be deemed to be the beneficial owner of Shares.

  • Recordkeeper means the entity that maintains electronic records of the Plan’s participants and their individual accounts.

  • Plan Administrator means the plan administrator described in Article 8.

  • Plan Manager means Investec Bank plc which is authorised by the PRA and regulated by the FCA and the PRA and bound by its rules.

  • Electronic service means the electronic service provided by the Comptroller under section 8A(1);

  • Program participant means an individual certified by the secretary as a program participant under Iowa Code section 9E.3.
