Planned Renovation definition

Planned Renovation means the agreed upon renovation of the Hotel described on Exhibit A hereto.
Planned Renovation means a renovation, or a number of such operations, in which the amount of RACM that will be removed or stripped at an installation within a maximum time of one year can be predicted. Operations that are individually non-scheduled are included, provided a number of such operations can be predicted to occur during a given period of time based on operating experience. The minimum period of time shall be 30 days.
Planned Renovation means the “Redevelopment,” as defined in the Amended and Restated Operating Agreement.

More Definitions of Planned Renovation

Planned Renovation means the construction of a ballroom and ancillary facilities as more particularly set forth in the scope of construction attached hereto as Exhibit B and in the Initial Budget and Operating Plan.

Related to Planned Renovation

  • Renovation means altering a facility or one or more facility components in any way, including the stripping or removal of RACM from a facility component. Operations in which load-supporting structural members are wrecked or taken out are demolitions.

  • Major renovation means the renovation of a building where:

  • Pilot project means an innovative environmental project that covers one or more designated facilities, designed and implemented in the form of an EMSA. (See Section 52.3 of the Act.)

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Common Area Operating Expenses are defined, for purposes of this Lease, as all costs incurred by Lessor relating to the ownership and operation of the Industrial Center, including, but not limited to, the following: (i) The operation, repair and maintenance, in neat, clean, good order and condition, of the following:

  • Expansion Project has the meaning set forth in Section IV.3.a of this Agreement.

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

  • Capital Improvements mean the purchase, renovation, rehabilitation, or construction of permanent land, buildings, structures, equipment and furnishings used directly for or in the Project, and any goods or services for the Project that are purchased and capitalized under GAAP, including any organizational costs and research and development costs incurred in Illinois. Capitalized lease costs for land, buildings, structures or equipment shall be included in “Capital Improvements” only if the lease term, including any extensions or options to extend, equals or exceeds the term of this Agreement, and provided that such lease costs are valued at their present value using the corporate interest rate prevailing at the time the Company filed its Application with the Department.

  • New Project means (a) each facility which is either a new facility, branch or office or an expansion, relocation, remodeling or substantial modernization of an existing facility, branch or office owned by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries which in fact commences operations and (b) each creation (in one or a series of related transactions) of a business unit to the extent such business unit commences operations or each expansion (in one or a series of related transactions) of business into a new market.

  • Redevelopment project means a specific construction project

  • Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.
