Scope of Construction. 6.1 The general sequence of the work shall be submitted by the Contractor and approved by the City before any work commences. The City reserves the right to issue directives as necessary to facilitate the flow of work or to minimize any conflict with public operations.
Scope of Construction. The Borrower represents and warrants that the scope of the Construction Project shall be in substantial conformance with the Scope of Work approved by the County Manager or her designee, which is attached hereto as Exhibit B, and incorporated herein by reference. The Borrower shall notify the County Staff in a timely manner of any substantial changes in the work required to be performed under this Agreement, including any additions, changes, or deletions to the Scope of Work approved by the County Staff.

The construction works contemplated under the Facade Works Construction Contract are expected to be completed within 730 days from the date of commencement of the construction works under the Facade Works Construction Contract.
Scope of Construction. The Borrower shall develop the proposed project on the Property in accordance with the Scope of Construction and within the time period set forth in the Schedule of Performance.

Contractor will supply all pre-construction provisions to the Site and the Work Site including preparation of the Site and the Work Site for all construction activities. Site prep work, including clearing and grubbing, raising the Site, and the construction of the pioneer dock and associated material handling equipment. Contractor shall identify and xxxx gas xxxxx that it locates on the Site and provide protective bollards around each such well. Existing utility lines and pipelines adjacent to the existing Highway 87 will be abandoned in place by third party owners or Owner’s Other Contractors. Contractor shall remove and dispose of the abandoned pipelines within the Site from Oilfield Road and south to the edge of the Site (see Attachment A-4 of this Appendix A for approximate coordinates and length of pipelines to be removed), up to a maximum depth of sixty feet (60’)). Some of the utilities may require demolition by Contractor as needed to construct the LNG Facility. Existing and abandoned xxxxx shall be lowered (as in the Berth area) and plugged by third parties. Contractor has developed a construction execution plan as part of the Project Execution Plan (PEP). The construction objectives of the Liquefaction Project are as follows;

Pursuant to the Cotai Construction Agreement, we have agreed to engage LCAL with respect to the construction of an integrated luxury resort on the Cotai Land containing a casino, luxury hotel and other facilities and attractions including a spa, restaurants, retail stores, a convention and business center and entertainment venues. The scope of the Construction Works includes project management, substructure, structural, design and architectural works, facades, exterior finishes, certain interior finishes, mechanical, electrical and plumbing installations, external landscaping work, underground drainage and utilities service works. LCAL must complete the Construction Works in accordance with the detailed terms of the Cotai Construction Agreement in good faith and by furnishing its best skill and judgment. LCAL has also made undertakings and representations and provided warranties and covenants in favor of WRM and Palo. The Company’s Cotai project is currently expected to cost approximately HK$31 billion (approximately US$4 billion), which is within the range of expected costs reported in the Company’s 2012 annual report. The additional costs of the Company’s Cotai project reflected in the above expected cost that are not within the scope of the Cotai Construction Agreement will not be undertaken by LCAL and will be borne by the Group. These additional costs include, but are not limited to, pre-opening costs, the purchase of the Group’s supplies and equipment, land lease payments for the Cotai Land, capitalized interest and certain fit-out costs of the Company’s Cotai project.
