Plant Redelivery Point definition

Plant Redelivery Point means the point on Southern’s Lines at which Residue Gas is returned by Plant Owners to Southern.
Plant Redelivery Point means the point at or near the tailgate of a Plant at which the Residue Gas is redelivered by a Plant into any interstate or intrastate pipeline connected to that Plant.

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Delivery Points means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.

  • Crude Oil means any liquid hydrocarbon mixture occurring naturally in the earth whether or not treated to render it suitable for transportation and includes:

  • Bulk mixing plant means machinery, appliances or other similar devices that are assembled in such a manner so as to be able to mix materials in bulk for the purposes of using the mixed product for construction work;

  • Feedstock Gas means natural gas used as a raw material for its chemical properties in creating an end product.

  • Ethanol blended gasoline means the same as defined in section 214A.1.
