Plat Map definition

Plat Map means and refer to the "Plat Map (or Maps) of SPRING CREEK CROSSING” on file in the office of the County Recorder of Cache County, as amended or supplemented from time to time.
Plat Map means a recorded document showing the divisions of a piece of land, including the location and boundaries of individual parcels with the streets, lots, easements and rights of use over the land.
Plat Map means and refer to the "Plat Map (or Maps) of THE BOULDERS AT ROSECREST, a Utah Planned Unit Developmenton file in the office of the County Recorder of Salt Lake County, as amended or supplemented from time to time.

  • Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study means a study conducted by the Transmission Provider (in coordination with the affected Transmission Owner(s)) in accordance with Tariff, Part IV, section 36.

  • Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry means a mortgage licensing system developed and maintained by the conference of state bank supervisors and the American association of residential mortgage regulators for the licensing and registration of licensed mortgage loan originators.

In “Special Flood Hazard Areas” where no BFE has been established, this elevation shall be at least two (2) feet above the highest adjacent grade.

  • Radiation therapy simulation system means a radiographic or fluoroscopic x-ray system intended for localizing the volume to be exposed during radiation therapy and confirming the position and size of the therapeutic irradiation field.
