Plat Map definition

Plat Map means a plan or a map of a specific land area filed with the County to show size and boundaries of each parcel or Lot, easements, location of utilities and streets.
Plat Map means a recorded document showing the divisions of a piece of land, including the location and boundaries of individual parcels with the streets, lots, easements and rights of use over the land.
Plat Map means the subdivision map, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "B" depicting the Property, the Townhomes, and the Common Area.
