Platform Analyses definition

Platform Analyses means information and data related to the Customer’s use of the Platform, the Customer’s network architecture and layout, the Platform’s functions and processes as carried out on the Customer’s network and security threats in the Customer’s network that the Platform has detected that does not identify the Customer, users or other entities and is combined with the data of other customers or users.
Platform Analyses means aggregated information and data related to the Customer’s use of the Platform, the Customer’s network architecture and layout, the Platform’s functions and processes as carried out on the Customer’s network, security threats in the Customer’s network that the Platform has detected and that does not identify the Customer (or its Authorized Users or other entities), as well as data and information retained or compiled by Ironscales (or on Ironscales' behalf) by reviewing, using, processing, analyzing, transforming or storing data and information (which may include segments of Customer Data) for providing and/or improving the Platform or Ironscales' other product or service offerings.
Platform Analyses means aggregated data related to Customer and its Authorized Users use of the Platform.

Examples of Platform Analyses in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Ironscales may also retain and compile Platform Analyses by reviewing, using, processing, analyzing, transforming, and/or storing data and information (which may include segments of Customer Data) to provide and/or improve the Platform and Ironscales' other product and service offerings.

  • For clarity, Platform Analyses shall not be considered Confidential Information of the Customer.

  • Ironscales’ processing of personal data included in the Customer Data (excluding Platform Analyses and Analytic Tools) shall be subject to the data processing addendum attached hereto as Exhibit A (“DPA”).

  • Any other use of personal data by Ironscales in connection with the Platform which is not specified in the DPA (including the use of the Platform Analyses and analytic tools), shall be subject to Ironscales’ privacy policy, available at: xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/privacy-policy/, as may be updated from time to time.

  • Ironscales may compile Platform Analyses in an aggregated form to create statistical analyses for research and development purposes, and make available such Platform Analyses in a form.

Related to Platform Analyses

  • Studies means activities needed to prepare project implementation, such as preparatory, mapping, feasibility, evaluation, testing and validation studies, including in the form of software, and any other technical support measure, including prior action to define and develop a project and decide on its financing, such as reconnaissance of the sites concerned and preparation of the financial package;

  • Forensic analysis means the practice of gathering, retaining, and analyzing computer-related data for investigative purposes in a manner that maintains the integrity of the data.

  • Training Materials means any and all materials, documentation, notebooks, forms, diagrams, manuals and other written materials and tangible objects, describing how to maintain the Facilities, including any corrections, improvements and enhancements thereto to the Bloom Systems which are delivered by Operator to Owner, but excluding any data and reports delivered to Owner.

  • Licensed behavior analyst means a person who holds current certification or meets the standards to be certified as a board certified Behavior Analyst or a board certified Assistant Behavior Analyst issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, Inc., or any successor in interest to that organization and whom the Board of Psychological Examiners licenses as a Behavior Analyst.

  • Marketing Materials has the meaning ascribed thereto in NI 41-101;

  • Research means a methodical investigation into a subject.

  • Specifications means the Specifications of the Works included in the Contract and any modification or addition made or approved by the Project Manager.

  • Development regulations or "regulation" means the controls

  • Advertising Materials means any advertising, marketing, merchandising, promotional, public relations (including press releases) and display materials relating to or concerning the Licensed Products, or any other advertising, merchandising, promotional, public relations (including press releases) and display materials depicting any of the Licensed Trademarks.

  • Research Data means documents in a digital form, other than scientific publications, which are collected or produced in the course of scientific research activities and are used as evidence in the research process, or are commonly accepted in the research community as necessary to validate research findings and results;

  • Data means recorded information, regardless of form, the media on which it is recorded, or the method of recording.
