Platform Credentials definition

Platform Credentials means all credentials provided or related to accessing the TokenEx Platform. TokenEx shall provide Customer with Platform Credentials, including but not limited to (1) API Keys, (2) SFTP user accounts and (3) customer portal user accounts.
Platform Credentials means any unique password, security information, biometric data, personal identification number or answer to a designated security question selected by the Client.
Platform Credentials means the secure keys enabling access to the Cloud Platform; "Cloud Platform" Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform;

Examples of Platform Credentials in a sentence

  • There shall be four (4) convention committees; the convention committees on the Platform, Credentials, Rules and Order of Business, and Permanent Organization of the convention, each of which shall have a chairman and a co-chairman appointed by the chairman of the Republican National Committee, who shall declare each of the committees constituted when notice of election of at least fifty percent (50%) of its members has been filed in accordance with the following sentence.

  • The Client must keep all Platform Credentials confidential and must not disclose or make available such Platform Credentials to any third party.

  • Customer agrees not to disclose Customer’s Platform Credentials or make TokenEx’s Services or Platform accessible to any entity not an Authorized User, or to sell, resell, rent or lease any part of the Services, unless pursuant to a separate negotiated agreement with TokenEx, or as a value-added service incorporated into Customer’s product offering, and then with prior notification to and written permission of TokenEx. Customer further agrees not to use production data within the TokenEx test environment.

Related to Platform Credentials

  • Login Credentials means any passwords, authentication keys, or security credentials that enable Customer’s access, management to the Service Offering, or both.

  • Platform Services means the products and services that Platform Users receive from a Stripe Connect Platform, regardless of whether fees are charged (e.g., web development, customer support or hosting services).

  • Platform has the meaning specified in Section 6.02.

  • Portal has the meaning set forth in Section 3.6(b)(iii).

  • Credentials means the unique log-in identifier entered via the Cloud Portal by which a person could access the Cloud Program.

  • Provider Platform Application means an application or a set of related functionality deployed on a Platform Cloud Service, created by Provider using the Tools to run on or with the Platform Cloud Service for access by End Users.

  • Hosting Platform means a hosted infrastructure to run the Cloud Service.

  • Platforms means collectively Bonitas’ websites, including affiliated websites and Member portals;

  • Credential means a valid credential, life diploma, permit, or document in special education or pupil personnel services issued by, or under the jurisdiction of, the State Board of Education if issued prior to 1970 or the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing, which entitles the holder thereof to perform services for which certification qualifications are required as defined in Title 5 of the California Code of Regulations section 3001(g).

  • Customizations means those features, functions, interfaces or other aspects of the Contractor Customized Software that have been specifically developed or customized for District. Contractor Customized Software will include any and all bug fixes and other nonmaterial revisions to Contractor Customized Software, regardless of whether District has funded such bug fixes or other revisions.

  • Database Management System (DBMS) A system of manual procedures and computer programs used to create, store and update the data required to provide Selective Routing and/or Automatic Location Identification for 911 systems. Day: A calendar day unless otherwise specified.   • Online means transactions through electronic data-interchange whether real time transactions or otherwise, which may be through the internet, intranet networks and the like.

  • Subscriber Management System means a system or device which stores the subscriber records and details with respect to name, address and other information regarding the hardware being utilized by the subscriber, channels or bouquets of channels subscribed by the subscriber, price of such channels or bouquets of channels as defined in the system, the activation or deactivation dates and time for any channel or bouquets of channels, a log of all actions performed on a subscriber’s record, invoices raised on each subscriber and the amounts paid or discount allowed to the subscriber for each billing period, and which complies with the requirements as set out under Annexure D of this Agreement;

  • Analytical x-ray system means a group of components utilizing x-rays to determine the elemental composition or to examine the microstructure of materials.

  • Database Management System (“DBMS”) is a computer process used to store, sort, manipulate and update the data required to provide Selective Routing and ALI.

  • Benchmarking Information means information generated by Portfolio Manager, as herein defined including descriptive information about the physical building and its operational characteristics.
