Pledged Loan Documents definition

Pledged Loan Documents means any and all agreements, certificates, writings or other documentation pertaining to a particular Pledged Loan as reviewed and approved by Administrative Agent.
Pledged Loan Documents means, collectively, the Pledged Notes and the other documents evidencing or securing the Pledged Loans, which Pledged Loan Documents are pledged to Lender pursuant to the Collateral Assignments of Loan and are listed on Schedule 4.03(b) annexed hereto.
Pledged Loan Documents means the original documents that are executed and/or delivered to Borrower in connection with each Pledged Loan; for each Pledged Loan the Pledged Loan Documents will be as described on Exhibit E, the Bond Program File Transfer Sheet.

Examples of Pledged Loan Documents in a sentence

  • Escrow Agent acknowledges that the Pledged Loans and the Pledged Loan Documents that Escrow Agent is holding, or will hold, in the Custody Account have been collaterally assigned to Lender pursuant to the Collateral Assignment of Mortgages, Loan Documents and Security Agreement dated as of even date herewith, and agrees at the direction of Lender to deliver all Collateral held by Escrow Agent to Lender or its designee.

  • From and after the second anniversary of the date hereof, Escrow Agent shall send to Lender such inventory list upon the receipt of new Pledged Loan Documents, or the release or substitution of Pledged Loan Documents, but shall not be required to do so more often than one time in any calendar month.

  • During the first two (2) years of the term of this Agreement, on a monthly basis Escrow Agent shall send to Lender an inventory list of the Pledged Loan Documents indicating for each Secondary Loan the original Pledged Loan Documents held by the Escrow Agent.

  • Upon termination of this Agreement, Escrow Agent agrees to deliver to Lender (or such person or entity designated by Lender) all Pledged Loan Documents then in the custody or possession of Escrow Agent.

  • Borrower Loan Documents shall have the meaning given such term in the Borrower Loan Agreement.

  • DIP Loan Documents means the Replacement DIP Loan Documents (as defined in the DIP Order).

  • Mortgage Loan Documents means, with respect to the Mortgage Loan, the Mortgage Loan Agreement, the Mortgage, the Notes and all other documents now or hereafter evidencing and securing the Mortgage Loan.

  • Senior Loan Documents means the loan agreement between Borrower and Senior Creditor and any other agreement, security agreement, document, promissory note, UCC financing statement, or instrument executed by Borrower in favor of Senior Creditor pursuant to or in connection with the Senior Debt or the loan agreement, as the same may from time to time be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, restated or replaced.

  • Loan Documents means, collectively, this Agreement, any note or notes executed by Borrower, and any other document, instrument or agreement entered into in connection with this Agreement, all as amended or extended from time to time.

  • Subordinated Loan Documents means the Subordinated Credit Agreement, the promissory notes executed and delivered pursuant to the Subordinated Credit Agreement, and each other agreement, instrument, or document executed by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries or any of their Responsible Officers in connection with the Subordinated Credit Agreement.

  • Severed Loan Documents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.2(c) hereof.

  • Term Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the Term Loan Agreement.

  • Cooperative Loan Documents As to any Cooperative Loan, (i) the Cooperative Shares, together with a stock power in blank; (ii) the original executed Security Agreement and the assignment of the Security Agreement endorsed in blank; (iii) the original executed Proprietary Lease and the assignment of the Proprietary Lease endorsed in blank; (iv) the original executed Recognition Agreement and the assignment of the Recognition Agreement (or a blanket assignment of all Recognition Agreements) endorsed in blank; (v) the executed UCC-1 financing statement with evidence of recording thereon, which has been filed in all places required to perfect the security interest in the Cooperative Shares and the Proprietary Lease; and (vi) executed UCC-3 financing statements (or copies thereof) or other appropriate UCC financing statements required by state law, evidencing a complete and unbroken line from the mortgagee to the Trustee with evidence of recording thereon (or in a form suitable for recordation).

  • Prepetition Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the Prepetition Credit Agreement.

  • Credit Agreement Documents means the collective reference to any Credit Agreement, any notes issued pursuant thereto and the guarantees thereof, and the collateral documents relating thereto, as amended, supplemented, restated, renewed, refunded, replaced (whether or not upon termination, and whether with the original lenders or otherwise), restructured, repaid, refinanced or otherwise modified, in whole or in part, from time to time.

  • Credit Agreement Collateral Documents means the Security Agreement, the other Collateral Documents (as defined in the Credit Agreement) and each other agreement entered into in favor of the Credit Agreement Collateral Agent for the purpose of securing any Credit Agreement Obligations.

  • Existing Loan Documents has the meaning given to the term “Loan Documents” in the Existing Credit Agreement.

  • Bridge Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the Bridge Credit Agreement.

  • Original Loan Documents means the "Loan Documents" as defined in the Original Credit Agreement.

  • Senior Credit Documents means the collective reference to the Credit Agreement, the notes issued pursuant thereto and the guarantees thereof, and the collateral documents relating thereto, as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Credit Documents mean the agreements, instruments, certificates or other documents at any time evidencing or otherwise relating to, governing or executed in connection with or as security for, a Loan, including without limitation notes, bonds, loan agreements, letter of credit applications, lease financing contracts, banker's acceptances, drafts, interest protection agreements, currency exchange agreements, repurchase agreements, reverse repurchase agreements, guarantees, deeds of trust, mortgages, assignments, security agreements, pledges, subordination or priority agreements, lien priority agreements, undertakings, security instruments, certificates, documents, legal opinions, participation agreements and intercreditor agreements, and all amendments, modifications, renewals, extensions, rearrangements, and substitutions with respect to any of the foregoing.

  • Loan Papers means (i) this Agreement, (ii) the Notes and (iii) any and all notes, mortgages, deeds of trust, security agreements, pledge agreements, financing statements, guaranties, and other agreements, documents, certificates, letters and instruments ever delivered or executed pursuant to, or in connection with, this Agreement, whether existing on the date hereof or thereafter created, as any of the same may hereafter be amended, supplemented, extended or restated.

  • Mezzanine Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the Mezzanine Loan Agreement.

  • Financing Documents means collectively the documents evidencing Lenders’ commitment to finance the Project.

  • Funding Loan Documents means (i) this Funding Loan Agreement, (ii) the Borrower Loan Agreement, (iii) the Regulatory Agreement, (iv) the Tax Certificate, (v) the Borrower Loan Documents, (vi) all other documents evidencing, securing, governing or otherwise pertaining to the Funding Loan, and (vii) all amendments, modifications, renewals and substitutions of any of the foregoing.
