Plot means two or more lots in which the rights to inter have been sold as a unit.
Mining Xxx 0000 means (unless the context otherwise requires) the Mining Xxx 0000 and the amendments thereto and the regulations made thereunder as in force on 31st December, 1981;
Lot Size means the number Underlying Assets in one Lot in a CFD.
Lot width means the shorter of the following two linear measurements:
Layout means a conceptual drawing sufficient to provide for the specified stormwater management facilities required at the time of approval.
Uppermost aquifer means the geologic formation nearest the natural ground surface that is an aquifer, as well as lower aquifers that are hydraulically interconnected with this aquifer within the facility's property boundary.
Lot depth Means the horizontal distance between the front and rear lot lines. If the front and rear lot lines are not parallel, “lot depth” means the length of a straight line joining the middle of the front lot line with the middle of the rear lot line. If there is no rear lot line, “lot depth” means the length of a straight line joining the middle of the front lot line with the apex of the triangle formed by the side lot lines. Lot area means the total horizontal area within the lot lines of a lot.
stacked townhouse means a building, other than a townhouse or apartment building, containing at least 3 dwelling units, each dwelling unit being separated from the other vertically and/or horizontally, and each dwelling unit having an entrance to grade shared with no more than 3 other units;
Design-build means a project delivery method in which the detailed design and subsequent construction is provided through a single contract with a Design-Build firm; a team, partnership, or legal entity that includes design professionals and a builder. The Design-Build Project delivery shall be implemented in accordance with Tex. Gov’t Code § 2166.2531.2
Site Plan means a document or map that may be required by a county during a preliminary review preceding the issuance of a building permit to demonstrate that an owner's or developer's proposed development activity meets a land use requirement.
Basal area means the effective surface area available to transmit the treated effluent from the filter media in a mound system into the in-situ receiving soils. The perimeter is measured at the interface of the imported fill material and in-situ soil. On sloping sites, only the area down-gradient from the up-slope edge of the distribution media may be included in this calculation.
School building means any building in which any of the instruction, extracurricular activities, or training provided by a school is conducted, whether or not any instruction, extracurricular activities, or training provided by the school is being conducted in the school building at the time a criminal offense is committed.
Lot Frontage means lot frontage as defined in Town's Zoning By-law No. 1136 (1987), as amended, or any successor thereto.
Brand Name or Equal Specification means a specification which uses one or more manufacturer’s names or catalogue numbers to describe the standard of quality, performance, and other characteristics needed to meet District requirements, and which provides for the submission of equivalent products.
Cultivar means a variety of plant that has originated and persisted under cultivation or was specifically bred for the purpose of cultivation;
Museum means a non-profit making, permanent institution in the service of society and of its development, and open to the public, which acquires, conserves, researches, communicates and exhibits, for purposes of study, education and enjoyment, material evidence of people and their environment;
BLM means the Bureau of Land Management.
Study Completion means the database for the Study has been locked and all Essential Documents have been provided to the Sponsor, including a copy of the letter from the Reviewing HREC acknowledging receipt of the final report and/or closure letter from the Principal Investigator.

Area A means the area marked “Area A” outlined in red on the Plan (excluding that part shaded grey on the Plan);
municipal spatial development framework means a municipal spatial development framework adopted by the Municipality in terms of Chapter 5 of the Municipal Systems Act;
Study Centre means a centre established and maintained or recognized by the University for the purpose of advising, counselling or for rendering any other assistance required by the students in the context of distance education;
