PMI Option definition

PMI Option means an option that is outstanding immediately before the Effective Date, to acquire PMI Shares pursuant to any stock option plan of PMI;
PMI Option means an option that is outstanding immediately before the Effective Date, to acquire PMI Shares pursuant to an option granted by PMI;

  • After the Effective Time, PMI Options held by persons eligible to participate in the PMI stock option plan, then in effect, shall continue to vest in accordance with the vesting schedule set forth in the certificate evidencing such PMI Options and shall be exercisable by the holder at an exercise price equal to the exercise price provided for in the certificate representing such PMI Option, subject to the terms and conditions contained in such certificate.

  • 3(i) Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 3(i) of the Ordinance to any person who is Non- Employee.

  • Reload Option means any Option granted under Section 6(a)(iv) of the Plan.

  • Incentive Share Option means an Option that is intended to meet the requirements of Section 422 of the Code or any successor provision thereto.

  • Director Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 6.

  • SAR means a stock appreciation right granted under the Plan.

  • Share Option means a Nonqualified Share Option or an Incentive Share Option.

  • Vested Options means the Options that have vested in accordance with Section 2.2 of this Agreement.

  • Parent Stock Option means any option to purchase Parent Common Stock granted under any Parent Stock Plan.

  • Rollover Option has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(a).

  • Related Option means an Option with respect to which a Stock Appreciation Right has been granted.

  • Optioned Stock means the Common Stock subject to an Option.

  • Parent Option means any option to purchase Parent Common Stock which was granted pursuant to a Parent Option Plan.

  • Nonqualified Option means any Option that is not an Incentive Stock Option.

  • Nonstatutory Stock Option means an Option not intended to qualify as an Incentive Stock Option.

  • Non-Statutory Stock Option means a right to purchase Common Stock granted to an Eligible Recipient pursuant to Section 6 of the Plan that does not qualify as an Incentive Stock Option.

  • Equity Award means all incentive stock options, non-statutory stock options, shares of restricted stock, restricted stock units or other incentive equity awards in respect of shares of the Company’s equity securities that have been or will be granted to you by the Company.
