Points of Consumption definition

Points of Consumption or “Consumption Points” means, unless otherwise specified in this Contract, the outlet side of the Union measuring equipment located at Customer’s or End User locations as specified in Schedule 1 or Schedule 3, as applicable.

Examples of Points of Consumption in a sentence

  • Service under this Contract shall be for the quantity(ies) and the Point(s) of Consumption specified in this Schedule 1.

  • For Points of Consumption located West of Dawn, the increase occurs at the Dawn Point of Receipt.

  • For Points of Consumption located West of Dawn, the decrease first occurs at the Dawn Point of Receipt.

  • As between Union and Customer, control, responsibility, and possession of all Gas received and/or delivered and transported hereunder shall pass from the delivering party to the receiving party at the Points of Receipt and the Points of Consumption as applicable.

  • Service under this Contract shall be a combination of Firm and/or Interruptible service in the quantity and for the Point(s) of Consumption, Point(s) of Receipt and Point(s) of Delivery specified in this Schedule 1.

Related to Points of Consumption

  • point of consumption means a point of consumption as defined in the Regulations;

  • average consumption means the average consumption by a customer of a municipal service during a specific period, which consumption is calculated by dividing by three the total measured consumption of that service by that customer over the preceding three months;

  • Actual consumption means the measured consumption by a customer of a municipal service;

  • Consumption of a chemical means its conversion into another chemical via a chemical reaction.

  • Maximum contaminant level goal or “MCLG” means the maximum level of a contaminant in drinking water at which no known or anticipated adverse effect on the health of persons would occur, and which allows an adequate margin of safety. MCLGs are nonenforceable health goals.

Actual emissions shall be calculated using each emissions unit’s actual operating hours, production rates, in-place control equipment, and types of materials processed, stored, or combusted during the preceding calendar year.

  • Maximum contaminant level means the maximum permissible level of a contaminant in water which is delivered to any user of a public water system.

  • Fugitive dust emissions means particulate matter from process operations that does not pass through a process stack or vent and that is generated within plant property boundaries from activities such as: unloading and loading areas, process areas, stockpiles, stock pile working, plant parking lots, and plant roads (including access roads and haul roads).

  • emissions of substances not controlled by emission limits means emissions of substances to air, water or land from the activities, either from the emission points specified in schedule 3 or from other localised or diffuse sources, which are not controlled by an emission limit.

  • greenhouse gas emissions means emissions in terms of tonnes of CO2 equivalent of carbon dioxide (CO2), methane (CH4), nitrous oxide (N2O), hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs), perfluorocarbons (PFCs), nitrogen trifluoride (NF3) and sulphur hexafluoride (SF6) determined pursuant to Regulation (EU) No 525/2013 and falling within the scope of this Regulation;

  • Predictive emissions monitoring system or "PEMS" means all of the equipment necessary to monitor process and control device operational parameters (for example, control device secondary voltages and electric currents) and other information (for example, gas flow rate, O2 or CO2 concentrations), and calculate and record the mass emissions rate (for example, pounds per hour) on a continuous basis.

  • voltage means the root-mean-square value of electrical potential between two conductors.

  • Standard Methods for the Examination of Water and Wastewater means the most recent edition of Standard Methods for the Examination of Water and Wastewater published jointly by the American Public Health Association, the American Waterworks Association and the Water Environment Federation;

  • Production, Use or Storage of Nuclear Material means the production, manufacture, enrichment, conditioning, processing, reprocessing, use, storage, handling and disposal of Nuclear Material.
