Police Agency definition

Police Agency means the Division of State Police within the Department of Public Safety, including local police officers serving in municipalities with a Resident State Trooper, or an organized municipal police department.
Police Agency is a Principal that is a Direct Provider of policing services.
Police Agency means a police department, the Atlantic Police Academy, or the Security Services Division of the University of Prince Edward Island;

  • Each Principal shall promptly provide written notice to Snohomish County 911 of any changes in its services impacting its qualification as a Police Agency or Fire Agency.
