Family Unit means the Employee and his or her Dependents covered under the Plan.
National Currency Unit means the unit of the currency of a country as those units are defined on the day before the start of the third stage of European Economic and Monetary Union pursuant to the Treaty or, in connection with the expansion of such third stage, to any country which has not initially participated in such third stage; and

Common Unit Economic Balance means (i) the Capital Account balance of the General Partner, plus the amount of the General Partner’s share of any Partner Minimum Gain or Partnership Minimum Gain, in either case to the extent attributable to the General Partner’s ownership of Partnership Common Units and computed on a hypothetical basis after taking into account all allocations through the date on which any allocation is made under Section 6.2.D hereof, divided by (ii) the number of the General Partner’s Partnership Common Units.
Composite Currency Unit means the Euro or any other composite currency unit consisting of the aggregate of specified amounts of specified currencies, as such unit may be constituted from time to time.
Governmental unit means a governmental unit as defined in section 101(27) of the Bankruptcy Code.
Class V Common Stock means the Class V common stock, par value $0.0001 per share, of the Corporation.
Common Unit means a common unit representing a limited partner interest in the Partnership having the rights set forth in the Partnership Agreement.
European Union means the member nations of the European Union established by the Treaty of European Union, signed at Maastricht on February 2, 1992, which amended the Treaty of Rome establishing the European Community.
Animal Unit means a unit of measure used to compare differences in the production of animal manure and set forth in Minn. R. 7020.0300, subp. 5.
Commercial unit means such a unit of goods as by commercial usage is a single whole for purposes of lease and division of which materially impairs its character or value on the market or in use. A commercial unit may be a single article, as a machine, or a set of articles, as a suite of furniture or a line of machinery, or a quantity, as a gross or carload, or any other unit treated in use or in the relevant market as a single whole.
OP Unit Economic Balance has the meaning set forth in Section 6.03(c) hereof.
Partnership Unit Economic Balance means (i) the Capital Account balance of the General Partner plus the amount of the General Partner’s share of any Partner Minimum Gain or Partnership Minimum Gain, in each case to the extent attributable to the General Partner’s Partnership Units divided by (ii) the number of the General Partner’s Partnership Units.
Organizational Unit means a Laboratory School or any
Official Gazette means the Official Gazette of the Government;
FTPS Unit means Units which are purchased through the Fund/SERV(R) trading system or on a manual basis through FTP Services LLC or for which FTP Services LLC is acting as FTPS Unit Servicing Agent.
Class B Common Unit means one of that certain class of Common Units with those special rights and obligations specified in this Agreement as being appurtenant to a “Class B Common Unit”.
Pension Fund means any person that:
(i) is organized under the laws of a Contracting State;
(ii) is established and maintained in that Contracting State primarily to administer or provide pensions or other similar remuneration, including social security payments; and
(iii) is exempt from tax in that Contracting State with respect to the activities described in clause (ii).
Class A Common Unit means a Common Unit having the rights and obligations specified with respect to Class A Common Units in this Agreement.
Unit and “Quality” means the unit and quantity specified in the schedule.
Official fees means the fees required by law to be paid to the appropriate public officer for obtaining any permit or filing or recording or releasing any judgment, mortgage, or other lien or perfecting any security interest taken or reserved as security in connection with a home improvement installment contract.
sub-unit means, with respect to any currency other than euro, the lowest amount of such currency that is available as legal tender in the country of such currency and, with respect to euro, means one cent.
Approved Occupational Superannuation Fund means a superannuation fund which complies with the Occupational Superannuation Standards Act, 1987.
Compensation Fund means the fund maintained by the Society pur- suant to Sections 21 and 22 (as substituted, respectively, by Sections 29 and 30 of the Act of 1994) of the Act of 1960;
Superannuation Fund means the Local Government Superannuation Scheme.
Budget unit means the unit for which the ANB of a district is calculated separately pursuant to 20-9-311.
