We pay your expenses to extract Pollutants or Contaminants* from land or water if the discharge, dispersal, seepage, migration, release or escape of the Pollutants or Contaminants* is caused by or results from a Covered Peril to Property Covered during the policy period.

This Policy is hereby extended to cover the reasonable and necessary cost for the cleanup, removal and disposal of the actual not suspected presence of Pollutants or Contaminant(s) from any source to Covered Property so as to restore the Covered Property to the same condition as existed prior to loss.
Lessee shall immediately notify Lessor, in writing, of any violation or suspected violation of any federal, state and/or local law, rule, regulation and/or order dealing with Hazardous Substances, Pollutants or Contaminants.
Neither the Borrower nor any Subsidiary has, and, to the best knowledge of the Borrower, no other Person has, stored any chemical or hazardous substances, including any "Hazardous Substances," "Pollutants" or "Contaminants" (as such terms are defined in CERCLA), asbestos, petroleum products, or polychlorinated biphenyls on, beneath or about any of the owned or leased properties of the Borrower or any Subsidiary in violation of any applicable legal requirements, including any Environmental Laws.
