Port Work definition

Port Work is defined in Section 15.8 below.

Examples of Port Work in a sentence

  • In no event will inconvenience or disturbance caused by Port Work constitute an actual or constructive eviction of Tenant, entitle Tenant to any abatement or diminution of Rent, or otherwise relieve Tenant from any of its obligations under this Lease.

Related to Port Work

  • Hot Work means the performance of welding, thermal or oxygen cutting, grinding, flame heating or any other activities of a similar nature.

  • Shift Work is defined as the same work performed by two or more employees or two or more successive sets or groups of employees working successive periods.

  • Contract Work means everything required to be furnished and done by the Contractor by any one or more of the parts of the Contract referred to in Article 1, except Extra Work as hereinafter defined.
