Portfolio Margining Arrangements means the operational provisions in respect of the Portfolio Margining Service as set out in Section 2.1 of the Rates Service DMP Annex

Examples of Portfolio Margining Arrangements in a sentence

  • Portfolio Margining Arrangements in respect of the Nominated Accounts have not, in the last 30 calendar days, been terminated in accordance with paragraph2.2.5 above.

  • Where the Nominated Accounts are Client Accounts, the Joint Rates Service Clearing Member must confirm to the Clearing House (in the form of a written representation) that the relevant Clearing Clients(s) have provided their consent to the operation of the Portfolio Margining Arrangements in respect of the relevant Client Accounts.

  • The Clearing House will endeavour to activate the FCM Portfolio Margining Arrangements within five business days following the determination by the Clearing House that the FCM Portfolio Margining Eligibility Criteria are met, but owes no duty or obligation to the FCM Clearing Member to do so.

  • It is not possible to apply the Portfolio Margining Arrangements across a Proprietary Account and a Client Account.

  • FCM Portfolio Margining Arrangements in respect of the FCM Client have not, in the last 30 calendar days, been terminated in accordance with paragraph 2.1.24(b)(D) above.

  • Following a determination by the Clearing House that the FCM Portfolio Margining Eligibility Criteria are met, the Clearing House shall: (A) notify the FCM Joint Rates Service Clearing Member; and (B) activate the FCM Portfolio Margining Arrangements described in paragraph 2.1.24(d) below in respect of the Nominated FCM Clients.

  • FCM Portfolio Margining Arrangements in respect of the FCM Client have not, in the last 30 calendar days, been terminated in accordance with paragraph 2.1.19(b)(iv) above.

  • FCM Portfolio Margining Arrangements in respect of the FCM Client have not, in the last 30 calendar days, been terminated in accordance with paragraph 2.1.24(b)(iv) above.

  • Cash Pooling Arrangements means a deposit account arrangement among a single depository institution, the Borrower and one or more Foreign Subsidiaries involving the pooling of cash deposits in and overdrafts in respect of one or more deposit accounts (each located outside of the United States and any States and territories thereof) with such institution by the Borrower and such Foreign Subsidiaries for cash management purposes.
