Positions that will be filled from within the Subcontractor s organization” means employment openings for which the Subcontractor will give no consideration to persons outside the Subcontractor’s organization (including any affiliates, subsidiaries, and parent companies) and includes any openings the Subcontractor proposes to fill from regularly established “recall” lists.
