Post Tender Milestones definition

Post Tender Milestones means the milestones to be satisfied by the PTM Date as defined in Schedule Three;
Post Tender Milestones means the milestones to be satisfied by the PTM Date as defined in Schedule 5;
Post Tender Milestones means the milestones as set out in the plan submitted by the Provider and approved by the Company which are to be satisfied by the PTM Date;

  • The Provider shall provide to the Company by the PTM Date reasonable evidence of satisfaction of the Post Tender Milestones.

  • Failure to meet the Post Tender Milestones could result in termination of the Flexibility Services Agreement for the affected assets.

  • If the Company considers that the requirements of the Post Tender Milestones in respect to a Flexible Unit have not been satisfied and, in the Company’s reasonable opinion, there is no reasonable prospect of the Provider being capable of satisfying the Post Tender Milestones within two (2) months after the PTM Date, the Company may choose to remove the Flexible Unit from the Contract by written notice given to the Provider as soon as reasonably practicable after the PTM Date.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, any incorrect, wrong or inadvertent declaration given by the Provider in attesting to the achievement of any Post Tender Milestones (where applicable) shall constitute a material breach of the terms of this Contract and, in such event, the provisions of Clause 30 shall apply.

  • The Provider shall satisfy these Post Tender Milestones by the PTM Date in accordance with Clause 5.

  • SCHEDULE THREE – POST TENDER MILESTONES AND DELIVERY PLAN The Provider shall satisfy these Post Tender Milestones by the PTM Date in accordance with Clause 5.

  • Failure to meet the Post Tender Milestones could result in termination of the agreement for the affected FUs.FPs without a Delivery Plan due to having satisfied the Service Requirements at Pre-Qualification will need to undergo a Proving Test milestone prior to delivery.

Related to Post Tender Milestones

  • Milestone 1 means achievement of annual Net Sales of at least $20,000,000 during the Calendar Year ending on December 31, 2021.

  • Milestone Date means the target date set out against the relevant Milestone in the Implementation Plan by which the Milestone must be Achieved;

  • Project Milestone means the project milestone set forth in Schedule-J;

Design Criteria Packages shall require firms to submit information regarding the qualifications, availability, and past work of the firms, including the partners and members thereof.

  • 2 Wire Analog Voice Grade Loop or “Analog 2W” provides an effective 2-wire channel with 2-wire interfaces at each end that is suitable for the transport of analog Voice Grade (nominal 300 to 3000 Hz) signals and loop-start signaling. This Loop type is more fully described in Verizon Technical Reference (TR)-72565, as revised from time-to-time. If “Customer-Specified Signaling” is requested, the Loop will operate with one of the following signaling types that may be specified when the Loop is ordered: loop-start, ground-start, loop- reverse-battery, and no signaling. Customer specified signaling is more fully described in Verizon TR-72570, as revised from time-to- time. Verizon will not build new facilities.

  • Milestone Payments means, collectively, the Development Milestone Payments and Sales Milestone Payments.

  • Additional Accelerated Purchase Minimum Price Threshold means, with respect to an Additional Accelerated Purchase made pursuant to Section 2(c) hereof, any minimum per share price threshold set forth in the applicable Additional Accelerated Purchase Notice.

  • Best available control technology (BACT means an emissions limitation (including a visible emission standard) based on the maximum degree of reduction for each pollutant subject to regulation under CAA which would be emitted from any proposed major stationary source or major modification which the Department, on a case-by-case basis, takes into account energy, environmental, and economic impacts and other costs, determines is achievable for such source or modification through application of production processes or available methods, systems, and techniques, including fuel cleaning or treatment or innovative fuel combustion techniques for control of such pollutant. In no event shall application of best available control technology result in emissions of any pollutant which would exceed the emissions allowed by any applicable standard under 7 DE Admin. Code 1120 and 1121. If the Department determines that technological or economic limitations on the application of measurement methodology to a particular emissions unit would make the imposition of an emissions standard infeasible, a design, equipment, work practice, operational standard, or combination thereof, may be prescribed instead to satisfy the requirement for the application of best available control technology. Such standard shall, to the degree possible, set forth the emissions reduction achievable by implementation of such design, equipment, work practice or operation, and shall provide for compliance by means which achieve equivalent results.

  • Scheduled Completion Date shall be the date set forth in Clause 10.3;
