Examples of Postmix Products in a sentence

  • After this time-limit, he may no longer be allowed to challenge the receiver’s proposal.

  • During the Term, the Authority shall purchase Postmix Products for use in preparing fountain beverage products (the "Fountain Products") and Packaged Products from Vendor sold under the trademarks of Vendor or other third party licensor to be sold in the Facilities.

  • For purposes of this Agreement, the term “Gallons” will mean gallons of Postmix Products purchased by Customer from Pepsi-Cola and the Partnership during the Term; provided, however, for purposes of Section 4 herein, Gallons shall exclude Gallons relating to the brand Gatorade.

  • Licensed Products means tangible materials which, in the course of manufacture, use, sale, or importation, would be within the scope of one or more claims of the Licensed Patent Rights that have not been held unpatentable, invalid or unenforceable by an unappealed or unappealable judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction.

  • Licensed Product means a product, method or service in the Licensed Field of Use, the making, having made, using, importing or selling of which, absent this license, infringes, induces infringement, or contributes to infringement of a Licensed Patent.

  • Product means any deliverable under the Contract, which may include commodities, services, technology or software.
