Potential Returning Employees definition

Potential Returning Employees means any employee (as defined in the TUPE Regulations) of the Supplier who is employed in relation to the Services.
Potential Returning Employees means those personnel who are employees of the Manager or any sub-contractor and who are assigned to the provision of the Services or a relevant part of the Services for the purposes of the Transfer Regulations;
Potential Returning Employees means the employees engaged by the Mutual as detailed at paragraph 3 of Schedule 6 Part 1 (Staffing and Pensions);

  • During the period of twelve (12) months preceding the expiry of the Agreement or at any other time reasonably directed by the Council or after the Council has given notice to terminate the Agreement, the Operator shall enable and assist the Council and such other persons as the Council may determine to communicate with and meet the Potential Returning Employees and their trade union or other employee representatives.

  • Where, despite the requirements of paragraphs 4 – 6 having been complied with, there remain any Potential Returning Employees who may not be the subject of a Relevant Transfer, the provisions of paragraphs 8 to 11 below shall apply.

  • Returning Employees means those persons listed in a schedule to be agreed by the Parties prior to the end of the Contract Period who it is agreed were employed by the Contractor (and/or any Sub-Contractor) wholly or mainly in the supply of the Services immediately before the end of the Contract Period.

  • Designated Employees means a person occupying any of the following position in the Company:

  • Affected Employees means those employees who are exposed to the hazard(s) identified as a violation(s) in a citation.

  • Company Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.10(a).

  • Former Employees means Former Parent Group Employees and Former SpinCo Group Employees.

  • Active Employees means all employees employed on the Closing Date by Seller for its business who are employed exclusively in Seller’s business as currently conducted, including employees on temporary leave of absence, including family medical leave, military leave, temporary disability or sick leave, but excluding employees on long-term disability leave.

  • Continuing Employee has the meaning set forth in Section 6.7(a).

  • Transferred Employee has the meaning set forth in Section 6.01(a).

  • Managing Employee means a general manager, business manager, administrator, director, or other individual who exercises operational or managerial control over, or who directly or indirectly conducts the day-to-day operation of an institution, organization, agency or business entity;

  • Affected employee means an employee who would be affected by the grant or denial of a variance, or any one of the employee’s authorized representatives, such as the collective bargaining agent.

  • Relevant Employees means the employees who may be affected by a change referred to in subclause (1).

  • Key Employees means Xxxxx Xxxxxxx and Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx.

  • Retained Employee does not include any individual who has a direct or an indirect ownership interest of at least five percent (5%) in the profits, equity, capital, or value of the Taxpayer, or a child, grandchild, parent, or spouse, other than a spouse who is legally separated from the individual, of any individual who has direct or indirect ownership interest of at least five percent (5%) of the profits, equity, capital or value of the Company.

  • Tipped employee means any employee engaged in an occupation in which s/he customarily and regularly receives more than $30 per month in tips. Tips include amounts designated as a tip by credit card customers on their charge slips. Nothing in this rule prevents an employer from requiring employees to share or allocate such tips or gratuities on a pre-established basis among other employees who customarily and regularly receive tips. Employer-required sharing of tips with employees who do not customarily and regularly receive tips, such as management or food preparers, or deduction of credit card processing fees from tipped employees, shall nullify allowable tip credits towards the minimum wage.

  • Hired Employee has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.6.

  • Excluded Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 14.1.

  • Current Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 5.6(a).

  • Company Employee means an employee of the Company or an employee of a Subsidiary of the Company, if any.

  • Seller Employees shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 7.4(a) hereof.

  • Retirement Plans means the retirement income, supplemental executive retirement, excess benefits and retiree medical, life and similar benefit plans providing retirement perquisites, benefits and service credit for benefits at least as great in the aggregate as are payable thereunder prior to a Change in Control;

  • Transferring Employees means employees of the Incumbent Contractor who are wholly or mainly assigned to work in the provision of the Service and who are subject of a Relevant Transfer to the Contractor by virtue of the application of the TUPE Regulations.
