Power Price definition

Power Price means the per kWhac rate(s) as set forth on Exhibit B.
Power Price means, for a particular calendar month, the simple arithmetic mean of the Odessa Market Price for each Applicable Day of such month. The Power Price for the month of May 2017, including the reference to the underlying Index, is attached hereto as Schedule F and provided for illustrative purposes only.
Power Price means the price in $U.S. (unless otherwise provided for) per MWh to be paid by Buyer to Seller for Power in a Transaction.

  • The Parties acknowledge that the Power Price set forth in Exhibit B is based on assumptions by Provider regarding the items outlined below.

  • If the Project is eligible for the Solar Facility ITC Low Income Adder, District shall be entitled to a decrease of the Power Price by $X.XXX/kWh. Provider shall pursue the Solar Facility ITC Low Income Adder diligently in good faith.

  • In the event that the Provider does not remove the System as specified herein, District shall also have the option of continuing to receive Output from the Solar Facility at no cost to District, including, without limitation, no obligation to compensate Provider for the Power Price or other consideration, until the System is removed by either Provider or District.

  • Beginning on the Commercial Operation Date and through the remainder of the Term, Xxxxxxxx agrees to sell and District agrees to buy all Output from the Solar Facility at the applicable Power Price as set forth in Exhibit B.
