Power Purchase Agreement or PPA definition

Power Purchase Agreement or PPA means a long term agreement between a generating company and a distribution licensee for supply of power on the terms and conditions specified therein and with the provision that the tariff for sale of power shall be as determined by the Commission from time to time;
