Examples of Practice Committees in a sentence

  • If the Executive Committee decides not to follow the Authorized Practice Committee's recommendation, the matter shall go before the council at the same quarterly meeting to determine whether the recommended action is necessary to protect the public interest and ought to be prosecuted.

Related to Practice Committees

A committee may be “unilateral” or “nonjoint” and shall mean a program sponsor in which a bona fide collective bargaining agent is not a participant.

  • Nominating Committee means the nominating committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.

  • Review Committee or “Committee” means a committee established pursuant to rule Chapter 67-60, F.A.C.

  • Banning Committee means a Committee constituted for the purpose of these guidelines by the competent authority. The members of this Committee shall not, at any stage, be connected with the tendering process under reference.
