Prearranged ride means the provision of transportation by a
Purchaser Designee means each individual then serving on the Board of Directors pursuant to the exercise of the Purchaser’s rights pursuant to Section 4.07(a) and/or Section 4.07(e), together with any designee(s) of the Purchaser who is then standing for election to the Board of Directors pursuant to Sections 4.07(a) and (b) or who is being proposed for election by the Purchaser pursuant to Section 4.07(e).
Covered Trip means scheduled trips, tours or cruises for which (a) coverage is requested: and (b) the required premium is submitted prior to the Scheduled Departure Date.
Model 4 seller means a seller that is registered under the agreement and is not a model 1 seller, model 2 seller, or model 3 seller.
objector means a person who has lodged an objection with the Municipality to a draft municipal spatial development framework, draft land use scheme or a land development and land use application;
Model 1 seller means a seller registered under the agreement that has selected a certified service provider as the seller's agent to perform all of the seller's sales and use tax functions for agreement sales and use taxes other than the seller's obligation under Section 59-12-124 to remit a tax on the seller's own purchases.
Nomination Criteria means the criteria made up of the Over-Riding Nomination Criteria andthe Specific Nomination Factors, and is also referred to as “this Criteria”.
Secondary Seller means the Seller whose Bid City selected as a back-up supplier in the event the Primary Seller is unable to provide all the Goods and/or Services required.
First Tier Covered Transactions refers to any covered transaction between a grantee or subgrantee of Federal funds and a participant (such as the prime or general contract). “Lower Tier Covered Transactions” refers to any covered transaction under a First Tier Covered Transaction (such as subcontracts). “First Tier Participant” refers to the participant who has entered into a covered transaction with a grantee or subgrantee of Federal funds (such as the prime or general contractor). “Lower Tier Participant” refers any participant who has entered into a covered transaction with a First Tier Participant or other Lower Tier Participants (such as subcontractors and suppliers).
Host family means the individual or family with whom an international exchange student is placed by an international student exchange visitor placement organization under the International Student Exchange Visitor Placement Organization Registration Act, § 6-18-1701 et seq..
Model 2 seller means a seller registered under the agreement that:

Grab sample means an individual sample collected in less than 15 minutes in conjunction with an instantaneous flow measurement.
Covered Transaction means a transaction that uses any funds under this award and that is a contract, memorandum of understanding, cooperative agreement, grant, loan, or loan guarantee.
Buyer Initial s/ IDH /s/ ICH Purchase Agreement for Taco Cabana - San Antonio, TX the close of escrow, in an amount equal to the purchase price, insuring that Buyer will own insurable title to the Property subject only to: the title company's standard exceptions; current real property taxes and assessments; survey exceptions; the rights of parties in possession pursuant to the lease defined in paragraph 11 below; and other items of record disclosed to Buyer during the Review Period. Buyer shall be allowed five (5) days after receipt of said commitment for examination and the making of any objections to marketability thereto, said objections to be made in writing or deemed waived. If any objections are so made, the Seller shall be allowed eighty (80) days to make such title marketable or in the alternative to obtain a commitment for insurable title insuring over Buyer's objections. If Seller shall decide to make no efforts to make title marketable, or is unable to make title marketable or obtain insurable title, (after execution by Buyer of such documents reasonably requested by Seller to evidence the termination hereof) Buyer's First Payment shall be returned and this Agreement shall be null and void and of no further force and effect. Pending correction of title, the payments hereunder required shall be postponed, but upon correction of title and within ten (10) days after written notice of correction to the Buyer, the parties shall perform this Agreement according to its terms.
Product Family means an SAP product family which may comprise of one or several SAP software products or services as further set out in the applicable RSPI.
Anchor Investor means a Qualified Institutional Buyer applying under the Anchor Investor Portion in accordance with the requirements specified in the SEBI ICDR Regulations and the RHP and who has Bid for an amount of at least ₹ 100 million and the term “Anchor Investors” shall be construed accordingly.
Secondary school means a nonprofit institutional day or residential school including a public secondary charter school that provides secondary education for grades 9-12.

Nonconforming lot means a lot that met dimensional requirements of the applicable master program at the time of its establishment but now contains less than the required width, depth or area due to subsequent changes to the master program.
Replacement Candidate means any Candidate Introduced by the Agency to the Client to fill the Engagement following the Introduction of another Candidate whose Engagement either did not commence or was terminated during the first 12 weeks of the Engagement;
Approved Training means training undertaken in a traineeship and shall involve formal instruction, both theoretical and practical, and supervised practice in accordance with a traineeship scheme approved by the relevant state training authority or NETTFORCE. The training will be accredited and lead to qualifications as set out in subclause 5(e).
Nomination Period means, in respect of a Nomination, the period from the Nomination Start Time to the Nomination End Time;
Designated reception site means the designated place for the reception, staging, integration, and onward movement of contractors deploying during a contingency. The designated reception site includes assigned joint reception centers and other Service or private reception sites.
