Arrival Time. E.S. is only responsible for your placement on the day of your arrival when you will arrive at the host family's house earlier than 6:00 p.m. local time. If your host family cannot accept you after 6:00 p.m. local time, you may need to stay at a hotel for the night at your own expense. If you plan to arrive after 6:00 p.m. local time, please contact your host family and Y.E.S. ahead of time to determine whether a hotel stay may be required. *Exception will apply when the flight is delayed.

Arrival Time. Monday through Friday during normal business hours, Contractor shall arrive at the scene of a requested tow with the proper equipment within fifteen (15) minutes after notification to Contractor has been made. On weekends and after normal working hours, Contractor shall arrive at the scene of a tow within fifteen (15) minutes after notification to Contractor has been made. Contractor shall provide its personnel with all necessary communications equipment to maintain the required response time. Failure to verify a call within (5) minutes or a missed call may result in a skip in the firm’s normal rotation.

Arrival Time. No later than the Arrival Time, prior to the beginning of the Event, Artist or its agent shall call University’s Contract Administrator to advise University of Artist’s expected time of arrival at the Location, where Artist will be staying, the expected time of arrival for the crew and or materials used for the performance, and the mode of transportation for the Artist, crew and materials. If Artist does not require a rehearsal, Artist shall make its whereabouts known to University’s designee at least three (3) hours prior to the beginning of the Event and shall be at the Location at least one (1) hour prior to the beginning of the Event.

Arrival Time. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled arena time, and remind your guests to arrive at that time as well. As a courtesy to parties in progress during your arrival, please do not arrive more than 15 minutes early. During this 15-minute period, our staff will check in your party guests, check their waiver forms, and distribute wristbands to all participants so that your party can begin on time.

For Priority 2 calls, arrival means the moment an Operator ALS or QRV resource notifies the communications center that the unit is fully stopped at the location where the response vehicle will be parked while City or Operator personnel attend the patient. c. In those situations, where the City or Operator have responded to a location other than the scene (e.g. staging), arrival shall be the time the qualified unit arrives in the designated staging area. d. In the event either Operator, PFD or other system resource fails to report non-scene, the time of the next communication will be used as the arrival time, unless Operator can verify the on-scene time through other verifiable means.

Arrival Time. CHILDSPACE TOO hours are 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. for children attending full days, and 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. or 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. for children attending ½ days. We open at 7:30 a.m. and understand that not all families need to have their children here that early in the morning. However, we ask that children arrive by 9:30 a.m. and children in the preschool room arrive by 9:30 a.m. The reason for this request is that children need some time to adjust to the room before formal group time begins. Children need time to talk to their friends, explore the variety of toys, and have some individual time with their teachers before snack and circle time. We understand that there are individual circumstances, which make this request difficult for some families on certain days, and we ask that you talk to the staff in your child’s room if this is the case. We also ask that if your child is coming in after 11:00 a.m. due to extenuating circumstance (i.e., doctor’s appointment or special occasion) you call and let us know that he/she is coming. Arrival Time. The premises will be available at the arrival time indicated above. Renter shall ensure that the facility is locked when no one is at the premises. Please designate a member of your party to remain at the premises to let florist or caterers into the building throughout the day.

Arrival Time. There is a 1/2 hour- 1 hour window in which the cleaner(s) can arrive due to potential previous appointment running over, traffic, finding parking, or issues locating the property.
