Examples of Preconstruction meeting in a sentence
Prior to the start of construction and no later than 15 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed, a "Preconstruction" meeting shall be held with attendees to include the Owner's Project Manager and Project Inspector, the Architect/Engineer's project manager and representatives of each design discipline involved in the Project, the Regional Fire Marshal, the Contractor's project manager and superintendent (and scheduler, if Contractor desires), and representatives of the Contractor's major Subcontractors.
After award of contract a Pre-construction meeting shall be held between the Owner, the Contractor and the Design Professional to review the project and set up the approximate work sequence schedule.
Prior to the commencement of work at the site, a Preconstruction meeting will be held at a mutually agreed time and place which shall be attended by the Contractor, its Superintendent, and its subcontractors as appropriate.
Tenant shall submit a construction schedule at the Preconstruction meeting.
Preconstruction meeting will be scheduled 7-10 days after notice of award is issued.
Unless otherwise specified, the Contractor shall within 14 days after the Award Date, or prior to the Pre-construction meeting, whichever occurs first, submit a schedule which shows the order in which the Contractor proposes to carry on the Work, including dates for starting and completing the various activities of the Work.
The construction start date will be determined at the Preconstruction meeting.
Payment Period: Submit at intervals stipulated in the Agreement or as established at the Pre-construction meeting.
A Preconstruction meeting may be scheduled upon approval of all plans.
The Construction Engineer shall issue the notice to proceed with the relocation of facilities at or following the Preconstruction meeting.
