Residential Uses means lands, Buildings or structures or portions thereof used, or designed or intended for use as a home or residence of one or more individuals, and shall include Single Detached Dwelling, Semi-Detached Dwelling, Multiple Dwelling, Apartment Dwelling, and the residential portion of a mixed-use Building or structure;
Residential use means the use in or around a home, apartment building, sleeping quarters, and similar facilities or accommodations.
Residential User means all dwelling units such as houses, buildings, mobile homes, apartments, permanent multi-family dwellings.
Adult family home means a home licensed under chapter 70.128
Personalized license plate means a license plate that has displayed on it a

Patent Family means all patents and patent applications that share a common priority application, excluding continuations in part, but including any divisionals, continuations, reissues, reexaminations, extensions, foreign counterparts or equivalents. For the avoidance of doubt, if any patent or patent application is subject to a terminal disclaimer with any other patent or patent application such patent or patent application and such other patent or patent application shall be deemed one (1) Patent Family for the purposes of this Agreement.

Reverse Sequential Order means (a) first, to the reduction of the Note Principal Balance of each B Note, on a Pro Rata and Pari Passu Basis, until the Note Principal Balance of each such Note is reduced to zero; and (b) second, to the reduction of the Note Principal Balance of each of A Note, on a Pro Rata and Pari Passu Basis, until the Note Principal Balance of each such Note is reduced to zero.

Category 4 Data is data that is confidential and requires special handling due to statutes or regulations that require especially strict protection of the data and from which especially serious consequences may arise in the event of any compromise of such data. Data classified as Category 4 includes but is not limited to data protected by: the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Pub. L. 104-191 as amended by the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act of 2009 (HITECH), 45 CFR Parts 160 and 164; the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), 20 U.S.C. §1232g; 34 CFR Part 99; Internal Revenue Service Publication 1075 (xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/pub/irs-pdf/p1075.pdf); Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration regulations on Confidentiality of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Patient Records, 42 CFR Part 2; and/or Criminal Justice Information Services, 28 CFR Part 20.
Alcohol use means the consumption of any beverage, mixture, or preparation, including any medication, containing alcohol.
COVID-19 Pandemic means the epidemic, pandemic or disease outbreak associated with COVID-19.
Residential Units means individually or collectively (as the context requires), any or all residential apartment unit(s) in the Project.

High global warming potential hydrofluorocarbons means any hydrofluorocarbons in a particular end use for which EPA’s Significant New Alternatives Policy (SNAP) program has identified other acceptable alternatives that have lower global warming potential. The SNAP list of alternatives is found at 40 CFR Part 82 subpart G with supplemental tables of alternatives available at (http://www.epa.gov/snap/).
