Airline shall have Preferential Use of the Airline’s Ramp Premises included in Airline’s Leased Premises for the loading and unloading of Airline’s passenger aircraft, or the passenger aircraft of Airline’s Affiliates and Air Transportation Company subtenant(s), and City-approved Air Transportation Company users under an existing ground handling agreement.
Requesting Air Transportation Company will be entitled to maintain its schedule on Airline’s Preferential Use Premises until such time as Airline provides Requesting Air Transportation Company and City at least ninety (90) days advance notice of such changes to its schedule, as subsequently verified in the Official Airline Guide, as will require Requesting Air Transportation Company to either (i) adjust its schedule or (ii) to initiate the accommodation process under Section 4.08.E.
