Preferred Unit Distribution Period definition

Preferred Unit Distribution Period means the Series A Distribution Period and/or the Series B Distribution Period, as applicable.
Preferred Unit Distribution Period means the Series A Distribution Period and/or the Series B Distribution Period, as applicable. “Preferred Unit Holders” means Series A Holders and/or Series B Holders, as applicable.

Examples of Preferred Unit Distribution Period in a sentence

  • Any such Series C Preferred Unit Special Distribution shall be deemed to be a distribution payable to holders of Series C Preferred Units for the Series C Preferred Unit Distribution Period in which the record date for the corresponding Special Dividend falls, and shall be in addition to and shall not reduce any Series C Preferred Unit Base Distribution, Series C Preferred Unit Ratchet Distribution or Series C Preferred Unit Default Distribution for such Series C Preferred Unit Distribution Period.

Preferred Unit Distribution Period means the respective periods commencing on and including the first day of January, April, July and October of each year and ending on and including the day preceding the first day of the next succeeding 7.125% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Unit Distribution Period (other than the 7.125% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Unit Distribution Period during which any 7.125% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Units shall be redeemed pursuant to Section 2.F of this Exhibit F, which shall end on and include the day preceding the redemption date with respect to the 7.125% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Units being redeemed).\

  • Post-Distribution Period means any Tax Period beginning after the Distribution Date and, in the case of any Straddle Period, the portion of such Tax Period beginning on the day after the Distribution Date.

  • Class C Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the Current Interest for the Class C Interest for such Distribution Date, (ii) any Overcollateralization Release Amount for such Distribution Date and (iii) without duplication, any Subsequent Recoveries not distributed to the Class A, Class M and Class B Certificates on such Distribution Date; provided, however, that, on any Distribution Date after the Distribution Date on which the Certificate Principal Balances of the Class A, Class M and Class B Certificates have been reduced to zero, the Class C Distribution Amount shall include the Overcollateralization Amount.
