In the event of completion of pre commissioning tests carried out jointly, if tenderization of the substation is prevented for reasons not attributable to the successful bidder, the Preliminary Acceptance Certificate shall be given within 30 days of pre commissioning tests.
Preliminary Acceptance Certificate shall be delivered, with respect to each Performance Phase or sub-phase (as applicable), after the System successfully passed the Acceptance Tests for operation of the System for such Performance Phase or sub-phase (as applicable), before integration with the ETC-L2 System.
