Residential Premise definition

Residential Premise means a single-family home, an individual condo- minium, and individual units in either apartment buildings or multi-family homes.
Residential Premise means the Premise of a single Customer, whether single family dwelling, separately metered single-family townhouse, row house, apartment, or single-metered apartment blocks with four or less apartments;
Residential Premise means a premise designed or adapted or used for human habitation of a residential nature. In the event of any doubt as to whether a premise is of a residential nature, the classification which the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore applies to that premise for tax purposes shall be final and conclusive;
