Premises Connection Assets definition

Premises Connection Assets means all components of Endeavour Energy's Distribution System dedicated to the supply of electricity to the Site from Endeavour Energy's Distribution System including, but not limited to, the overhead or underground service line running from the street to the Customer's Electrical Installation, as identified in the Permission to Connect issued by Endeavour Energy to the Customer.
Premises Connection Assets means all components of Endeavour Energy's Distribution System dedicated to the supply of electricity to the Site from Endeavour Energy's Distribution System including all service lines and, on transfer of the Premises Connection Works in accordance with clause 7.3(c) includes the service mains from the street to the Customer's Electrical Installation.

Examples of Premises Connection Assets in a sentence

  • Where a document transferring title to the Premises Connection Assets to the Network Lessee must be executed by the Network Owner, Endeavour Energy will obtain the executed document from the Network Owner.

  • On and from Completion, all Premises Connection Assets will be owned by Endeavour Energy and Endeavour Energy will assume responsibility for their ongoing management and maintenance.

  • Until the Network Owner takes ownership of the Premises Connection Assets in accordance with clause5.2, the Customer is responsible for the care of the Premises Connection Assets.

  • The Customer must (at its cost) promptly make good any loss of or damage to the Premises Connection Assets while the Customer is responsible for their care.

  • Premises Connection Assets must be within one land parcel being supplied by the Premises Connection Assets.

  • When the Customer has received the Letter of Acceptance in accordance with clause 7.2 and the Permission to Connect under clause 7.7, the Customer shall ensure that the Customer's Electrical Professional constructs, tests and commissions the Premises Connection Assets.

  • The Customer carrying out Network Connection Works under the Model Standing Offer must be supplied by the Premises Connection Assets installed under the Model Standing Offer.

Related to Premises Connection Assets

  • Connection Assets means that portion of the distribution system used to connect a customer to the existing main distribution system, and consists of the assets between the point of connection on a distributor’s main distribution system and the ownership demarcation point with that customer;

  • Interconnection equipment means a group of components or an integrated system owned and operated by the interconnection customer that connects an electric generator with a local electric power system, as that term is defined in Section 3.1.6.2 of IEEE Standard 1547, or with the electric distribution system. Interconnection equipment is all interface equipment including switchgear, protective devices, inverters or other interface devices. Interconnection equipment may be installed as part of an integrated equipment package that includes a generator or other electric source.

  • Operating Property means any property owned, leased, or operated by the Party in question or by any of its Subsidiaries or in which such Party or Subsidiary holds a security interest or other interest (including an interest in a fiduciary capacity), and, where required by the context, includes the owner or operator of such property, but only with respect to such property.

  • Leased Assets shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3.6.

  • Water Connection means the point where a water service line attaches to a water main, thereby allowing water to flow from the City’s water system to an individual customer.

  • Project site, where applicable, means the place indicated in bidding documents.

  • Plant Site (Works, Factory) means the local integration of one or more plants, with any intermediate administrative levels, which are under one operational control, and includes common infrastructure, such as:

  • Customer Premises Equipment or "CPE" means equipment employed on the premises of a Person other than a Carrier to originate, route or terminate Telecommunications (e.g., a telephone, PBX, modem pool, etc.).

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Operating Equipment means furniture, furnishings, special lighting fixtures, carpeting, draperies, decorations or other special finishing work, signs, appliances and trade fixtures and equipment that is furnished, installed or used by the Contractor in its operations on the Airport. It does not include Fixed Improvements, or repair or maintenance of Operating Equipment or Fixed Improvements or displays or decorations that are of a seasonal or temporary promotional nature.

  • Leased Property shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.1.

  • CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT means all appliances and equipment of whatsoever nature for the use in or for the execution, completion operation or maintenance of the work unless intended to form part of permanent work.

  • Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.

  • Pipeline System means each system of Pipeline Assets, Real Property and Easements relating thereto making up an integrated gathering system and gathering system, or other pipeline system.

  • the Property means the Property more particularly described in Condition 2 of the Conditions of Sale (as defined in 1.6 below);

  • Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;

  • The Properties means and refer to all such existing properties, and additions thereto, as are subject to this Declaration or any Supplemental Declaration under the provisions of Article II, hereof.

  • Sewer connection means the connection of a structure or project to a public sewer system.

  • The Project Site, where applicable, means the place or places named in the SCC.

  • Water Service Connection (lateral) shall mean the pipes and fixtures used for the purpose of supplying any premises in the Municipality with water from the Corporation’s water distribution system that is located between the Corporation’s water main in the street and the street property line abutting the premises so supplied.

  • Leased Properties have the meaning set forth in Section 3.16 herein.

  • Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities means System Upgrade Facilities that a Developer may construct without affecting day-to-day operations of the New York State Transmission System during their construction. NYISO, the Connecting Transmission Owner and the Developer must agree as to what constitutes Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities and identify them in Appendix A to this Agreement.

  • Generation Interconnection Facilities Study means a Facilities Study related to a Generation Interconnection Request.

  • Leased Equipment means the equipment which may include but not limited to modem provided by TM on lease basis to enable usage of the Service by the Customer, as may be decided by TM from time to time at its sole discretion.

  • Inter-connection Point means interface point of renewable energy generating facility with the transmission system or distribution system, as the case may be:

  • Refinery means a facility used to produce motor fuel from crude oil, unfinished oils, natural gas liquids, or other hydrocarbons and from which motor fuel may be removed by pipeline, by marine vessel, or at a rack.
