Premises of Company means, BTPS project complex and its components situated in Karnataka.
Premises of Company means, its various VHEP Based offices in Hosangadi &Masthikatte. Whenever in this contract the words “Directed”, “Required”, “Ordered”, “Desired” “Considered” “Necessary”, or like words are used, it shall be understood that the directions, requirements, permissions, orders, desiring, etc., of the CE(O&M)S or other authorised Officers. Words “Approved”, “Acceptable”, satisfactory to the CE(O&M)S or by his / her authorized officers approved by or acceptable or satisfactory to the CE(O&M)S unless any other meaning is otherwise intended.

Whenever in this contract the words “Directed”, “Required”, “Ordered”, “Desired” “considered” “Necessary”, or like words are used, it shall understood that the directions, requirements, permissions, orders, desiring etc., of the SEE Shiva / CSO or other authorised Officers, words “Approved”, “Acceptable”, satisfactory to the SEE Shiva / CSO or his authorised officers approved by or acceptable or satisfactory to the SEE Shiva / CSO unless any other meaning is otherwise intended.

Related to Premises of Company

  • this Tenant Work Letter means the relevant portion of Sections 1 through 6 of this Tenant Work Letter.

  • Rentable Area of Premises on Page 1 of the Lease shall be deleted in their entirety and replaced with the following:

  • Premises means the location where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Specification.

  • Leasehold Improvements means all buildings, structures, improvements and fixtures located on any Leased Real Property which are owned by Company or any Company Subsidiary, regardless of whether title to such buildings, structures, improvements or fixtures are subject to reversion to the landlord or other third party upon the expiration or termination of the lease for such Leased Real Property.

  • public open space means the securing of an area of a site at grade or street level which is acceptable to the City and is appropriately landscaped for the use and enjoyment of the public during reasonable hours.
