Premises of the Secretariat definition

Premises of the Secretariat means land or buildings owned or occupied by the Secretariat.
Premises of the Secretariat means the building or parts of the buildings and the land ancillary thereto irrespective of ownership used for the purposes of the Secretariat;
Premises of the Secretariat means the building including the land ancillary thereto, occupied by the Secretariat and used exclusively for the purposes of the Secretariat, irrespective of the ownership as specified in Annex 1;

  • The Secretariat shall have the right to carry out any search of Staff or of vehicles used by the Contractor at the Premises of the Secretariat.

  • The Contractor shall notify the Secretariat immediately in the event of any incident occurring in the performance of the services on the Premises of the Secretariat where that incident causes any personal injury or any damage to property which could give rise to personal injury.
